In almost all magazines, the internet and otherwise and on television there are featured recipes and diet secrets that promise dramatic weight loss without exercise and without following any strict diet. Some of them are real, some are just myths. Some of them work for a certain type of person, others not. The truth is that each of us has to discover what is best for herself/himself.
