Natural Diet - Third Week

You should already feel better than before. This week you will feel full of energy. First of all, because you ate more vegetables ad fruits than usual, and then because you walk at least 20 minutes a day. Finally, because you learned how to breaths better. Now, practice a new breathing exercise : close you eyes, arms parallels to you body, breath deeply. Image that the Universe along with the air will flood your body. Breath ! Repeat this exercise 10 times. Now, it is time to change your lifestyle. Remove all the electrical appliances from the room where you spend most of the time in. They emit waves that can be harmful to your body. Check your bedding. If the mattress is not good,change it quickly. Quality of sleep is fundamental to your health. And instead of watching TV, start gardening. If you live in an apartment and you have no garden, you can organize a small one on the balcony. Plant onion and garlic, parsley and dill,wheat, oats, rye and other herbs you need in the kitchen. Or just plant flowers. Gardening relaxes us all. We get a feeling of relief and satisfaction. And when you see how the plants you have planted begin to grow big and beautiful, your happiness is full.

Natural Diet - Second Week

Start drinking more water. Eat only whole grain bread ( black bread ) and eat a bowl of cereal at breakfast, such as boiled rice, germinated wheat, corn flacks and oatmeal, mixed with yogurt and fruits. Start having more soy in your diet, but make sure you use organic soybeans. Soy is rich in protein and low in saturated fat. Give up coffee and replace it with green tea, which is diuretic, a laxative and regenerating. Take tablet of beta - carotene and vitamin C every day. Walk every day even is it raining outside. This week start to walk 20 minutes a day. Go into the nearest park or forest and look around. Breathe deeply. Deeply as possible. Slowly, slowly start learning to breath in "reverse", exhale first and then inhale. This exercise will give you a very good state of mind and morale as a result of increased volume of oxygen that enters the lungs. When you return home from the walk, read a good book or browse a nice magazine, do not switch on the TV,even to listen to the news. If you manage to resist at least a day this week without having to left overwhelmed by the news of the outside world, you will feel more rested and more relieved.

Natural Diet - First Week

Clear out the kitchen.Throw away all the bottles of vegetable oil, with the exception of cold pressed oil such as olive oil. Trow away the margarine, butter, cookies, chips, sugar, candy,cakes, coffee and sodas. Be careful of alcohol and fat foods that are very harmful. Eat normally, and a lot of fruits and vegetables. Also, eat cauliflower and broccoli at least twice a week. If you do not like to eat them raw, cook them by steaming in order to not lose their nutritional values. Cauliflower and broccoli are rich in vitamin C and contain enzymes whose protective effect against cancer has been demonstrated by scientist. Starting now, make every day contain a mandatory 10 minutes walk. Practice deep breathing exercises just as much. Liven up your home by placing vases of flowers. A bouquet of colorful flowers do miracles to our morale.

Pyramid Water

To obtain the pyramid water we need a pyramid.This pyramid should respect the proportions of the Cheops pyramid from Egypt. The best material for building such a pyramid is cooper. Do You Eat Healthy Foods?




Many people forget about the nutritional values of foods when planning their meals. After all, it's so much easier to just stop at their favorite fast food restaurant on their way home from work.


Everyone knows they should be eating more healthy foods, but some people aren't quite sure where to start. Here are some things to look for when trying to plan healthier meals.


Are you eating lots of fruits and vegetables? The majority of us do not eat adequate amounts to keep us healthy. Experts recommend that we eat between 5 to 9 servings every day. That adds up to about 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables. Choose a variety of vegetables and fruits in different colors. Dark green vegetables like spinach, for instance, contain more nutritients than lighter colored vegetables.


Are you eating grains and cereals? Besides the well-known benefits of dietary fiber, grains and cereals provide many important nutrients for your health. Whole grain breads and cereals are much preferred over refined white breads or rice.


Are you eating a wide variety of foods? They say that variety is the spice of life. In reality, it's the basis of a healthy diet. Our bodies need food from all of the food groups to function at peak performance. These food groups consist of grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meats, beans and nuts. Sorry...candy is not a food group.


Do you eat breakfast every day? Yes, it's true: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating a good breakfast will give you the energy you need to make it through the morning and help eliminate those high-fat splurges.


Do you drink plenty of water? Soda and coffee may be liquid but they do not replace the water that your body needs. We need at least 16 ounces of water each day to keep ourselves hydrated and flush out the impurities that we may have accumulated in our digestive systems.


How much fat do you eat? Dietary fat is our enemy. Even though our bodies need a certain amount of fat, most of us consume 200 to 300 percent more than we need. That's a scary thought! So, when you are making your food choices, look at the labels to see how much fat is contained in the food item. Vegetables and fruits are naturally lower in fat than meats.


How much salt, sugar and alcohol are you eating? Here again, moderation is the key. Serious problems can occur when you overdo. Salt can lead to water retention, weight gain and heart problems. Sugar, when eaten in large quantities over a long period of time can contribute to diabetes. And, excessive alcohol consumption is bad for the kidneys.


Your body will tell you when you are not getting (or when you are getting too much) of a certain kind of food. If you are gaining weight, you know you are either eating portions that are too large or you are eating foods that are high in fat. Feeling tired can mean that you're not getting the nutrients from the foods required by your body to function.


Eating healthy foods is not as difficult as it sounds. In a nutshell: drink more water, eat less fats and sugars, and eat more fruits, vegetables and grains.


Maintaining Body Weight as a Strategy For Life

For many of us ( but let's be serious, it more like for many of us, girls ) weight problems are frequent and common. Statistically speaking, cases of overweight people are grater than underweight people. Both, at national and global levels. The number of people that search for "How to gain weight" are far less than "How to loss weight". Therefore, the internet is fill with ways on how to lose weight quickly.
It is therefore quite normal to associate losing weight with maintenance. Although, it seems like a pretty simple concept : i gain weight, i react and take action to lose weight, it actually far more complicated then that.There are many more factors to be counted in the equation then you think. First of all, we rarely realize that we are gaining weight and many times deny it. If we were really conscious about or weight we would act immediately and never gain weight. Many times we are to busy, thinking and worrying about other problems, instead of realizing that we are overweight. Therefore, the couple of extra pounds that we have, multiply and turn into a lot of extra pounds. So, if you want to lose weight and maintenance it, you will have to do it gradually and with realistic objectives. The best way is to st up small weight loss goals by weighting ourself and figuring out how much weight we should lose per week. The next step is to be prepared mentally to take action, for example : review the daily menu and remove extra food, and increase daily exercises.
The most important element  in losing weight is "time". You have to correct things now, not tomorrow or next Monday.  If you do keep pushing back your diet and exercises, it will become increasingly more complicated to lose weight.

The Fruit Diet

This diet is recommended to detoxify the body. It can be used successfully after a period when you eat too much, like winter holidays, Easter or Thanksgiving . After those days when you eat too much fat, meat, carbohydrates and sweets, this fruit - based diet can do wonders. This weight loss diet is based on the consumption of raw fruits ( uncooked ). Fruit diet weight loss may be considered a body detox, especially if kept for a longer period, like, from two weeks to a month. To lose 3-4 kg, it is sufficient for this diet to be held three days a week for two consecutive weeks. During this period you can eat any fruits you want in any quantity.  But it's preferable to avoid eating dried fruits, nuts, raisins, dates and figs. If you like bananas, it is preferable to eat no more than 4 -5 bananas per day. We all know that the banana is considered a meal more than a fruit. If you want to take a longer detox diet, then you can add vegetables to your daily menu. It's better to consume raw vegetables, such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, etc., instead of cooked veggies.
