Clear out the kitchen.Throw away all the bottles of vegetable oil, with the exception of cold pressed oil such as olive oil. Trow away the margarine, butter, cookies, chips, sugar, candy,cakes, coffee and sodas. Be careful of alcohol and fat foods that are very harmful. Eat normally, and a lot of fruits and vegetables. Also, eat cauliflower and broccoli at least twice a week. If you do not like to eat them raw, cook them by steaming in order to not lose their nutritional values. Cauliflower and broccoli are rich in vitamin C and contain enzymes whose protective effect against cancer has been demonstrated by scientist. Starting now, make every day contain a mandatory 10 minutes walk. Practice deep breathing exercises just as much. Liven up your home by placing vases of flowers. A bouquet of colorful flowers do miracles to our morale.
